What is your return window?

30 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept it back within this window.

What condition must the item be in?

Unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and the Vibezon ownership card included. Items that have been worn, altered, or washed cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?

WhatsApp us with your order number and we will arrange pickup. We do not require you to fill any forms or navigate a portal. One message is enough.

Is the return free?

Yes. We cover return shipping for all orders within India. You do not pay anything to send an item back.

When will I receive my refund?

Within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. If the item is available in your required size, we will exchange it. If not, we will process a full refund.

What about numbered pieces — are they returnable?

Yes. If you return a numbered piece, the ownership registration is cancelled and the number is retired. It will not be reissued to another customer.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a photo. Damaged items are replaced or refunded at no cost, no questions asked.
